The overall goal of the project is to improve the effectiveness of the Autotrader.com Customer Service department by creating a one-stop shop for information needed to manage the department and provide meaningful information back to the business to improve customer relationships. iOLAP will be providing data modeling services as well as ETL and report design and implementation services using Informatica and Microstrategy.
