Our executive management team brings a combination of expertise, experience, leadership and vision to our Business Intelligence services and Data Warehousing solutions.

Doug Slemmer — CEO / President / Co-Founder

Doug is responsible for the corporate direction and service quality of iOLAP’s professional development team. Since founding iOLAP in 1999 with partner Chris Jordan, Doug has pioneered the concept of a firm that focuses exclusively on Business Intelligence. With over 10 years of industry experience focused entirely on Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, Doug brings real-world knowledge and creative leadership to his delivery teams and the solutions iOLAP rolls out for its customers. Prior to starting iOLAP, Doug was the Data Warehouse Practice Manager with Clarity Consulting. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Chris Jordan — CFO / Vice President / Co-Founder

Chris is responsible for ensuring that the company operates profitably and efficiently. He is also an expert in Business Intelligence technologies. Together with co-founder Doug Slemmer, Chris has steered iOLAP’s service offerings to focus solely on Business Intelligence. Prior to iOLAP, Chris worked as a Business Intelligence consultant, and he has extensive experience in Data Warehousing development and technologies. He has a BBA in finance and management from Florida Atlantic University.

Pete Dempster — Vice President Business Development

Pete is responsible for business development activities and the sales team at iOLAP. He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of industry experience and involvement across varied IT and business disciplines, including many large-scale data warehouse initiatives from strategy formulation to implementation. Prior to joining iOLAP in July of 2009, he worked for MicroStrategy from 1995 to 2002 and has also held executive sales and technical management positions at Information Builders, BITAM and Armeta Solutions. He has also formed several software and consulting startups. He holds a BBA and MBA from Texas A&M University.
